Shipping

We offer shipping discounts to customers in the continental U.S. and Canada. All shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout based on delivery location. All products are shipped by our choice of common carrier.

Returns

Our products are guaranteed for normal life, under standard use. If any product fails to meet your expectations for any reason, we'll take it back within 30 days of purchase and be happy to give you a full refund. Returns within 30 days of receipt may be returned and the purchase price is refunded. Returns occurring after 30 days will only be accepted with a replacement purchase.

Return Procedure:

1. Customers must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 30 days of purchase.
2. Contact our customer service department via phone or email.
3. After a return number is issued to you, we must receive the return within 30 days. Clearly mark the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label.
4. To receive a refund or replacement within 30 days, the returned unit(s) must be in like-new condition with all packaging materials, and UPC code intact. Products that are not returned with all items intact will result in the issuance of a prorated credit based on the value of the missing components.
5. For your protection please ship your package back to us via a traceable method such as UPS ground from your local UPS Store or via FedEx from any Fedex*Kinko's locations.
